Wellbeing
At our school, student wellbeing and learning are deeply interconnected. We are committed to ensuring every student feels safe, included, and prepared to engage in their learning. Whether your child requires support with their mental, emotional, social, or physical wellbeing, we are dedicated to helping them thrive both at school and in everyday life.
How we support student wellbeing
Supporting the mental, emotional, social, and physical well-being of every student is a fundamental part of our school’s daily practice.
We do this by:
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere through our teachers
- Providing access to school counsellors, psychologists, and specialised staff
- Offering programs that enhance health, social skills, attendance, and positive behaviour
- Assisting students who are new to the school or transitioning between grade levels
- Establishing clear expectations for behaviour and respectful relationships
- Developing strong relationships between staff, students, and families
- Implementing tailored health care plans for individual students
- Ensuring open and ongoing communication about wellbeing and support options.
